1.Strategy & Design
DESIGN THINKING - 2-4 WEEKS
Strategy
Our founders, along with our team of tech and product experts, immerse themselves in understanding your vision and business objectives. By amalgamating our collective knowledge, we craft a meticulously planned product roadmap and strategy aimed at optimizing our chances of success. This involves breaking down the overarching vision into manageable phases, ensuring that each milestone adds substantial value.
Design
Once the problem and solution are clearly delineated, our product designers embark on a thorough exploration. Conducting research on competitors, similar products, and prevailing design trends, they define a cohesive design direction. This process is followed by UX wireframing, rigorous testing, and iterative improvements, culminating in the finalization of screens.
2.MVP build & Launch
AGILE APPROACH - 2-3 MONTHS
MVP Build
Utilizing the Agile Scrum methodology, we adopt a structured approach to application development. This entails progressing through a prioritized backlog within 2-week Sprints. Leveraging scalable cloud infrastructure, we adhere to best practices to establish a robust foundation conducive to swift iterations.
Launch
In anticipation of launching your MVP, we assist in setting up analytics to gauge product performance and gather user insights. Concurrently, we collaborate with you to synchronize our efforts with your go-to-market strategy, ensuring the generation of user activity and feedback necessary for iterative improvements.
3.Iterate & improve
LEAN STARTUP & AGILE - 1 MONTH PER ITERATION
Experimentation
Following the MVP release and the acquisition of our initial user base and product analytics, we embark on the experimentation phase. This entails formulating hypotheses and subjecting them to validation through a Learn, Build, Measure cycle
Roadmap Development
In addition to conducting experiments, we concurrently address additional roadmap items requiring development. Our commitment extends to the continuous enhancement of features that contribute value to end users.
