How We Work

Agile Scrum

1.Backlog
The product backlog represents a prioritized roster of tasks or user stories essential for realizing the product vision. This list is overseen by the product owner.
2.Planning
In the planning phase, the development team strategizes the forthcoming Sprint's tasks. They scrutinize the product backlog, prioritize assignments, and deconstruct them into manageable actionable items.
3.Spirit
A Sprint denotes a time-constrained phase of development within the Agile Scrum framework, typically spanning two weeks. During this interval, the team concentrates on a predefined set of tasks or user stories
4.Review
Concluding each Sprint, the delivery team showcases completed work to stakeholders. This session aims to gather feedback and refine strategies for subsequent Sprints.
